INFORMATION SYSTEMS HELPDESK ANALYST:
Quincy Valley Medical Center has an opening for a full time Helpdesk Analyst. Analyst will be responsible to maintain a presence at the helpdesk during business hours to log tickets, field walk-up requests, answer calls, troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, and other devices. Actively working in the online ticketing system the Analyst will triage, respond to, and escalate or route tickets to the appropriate teams in a timely manner to maintain department service level agreements following documented procedures. Daily tasks will involve installing, configuring, deploying, and removing computer hardware, patching and standardization of software and peripherals, image new computers and re-image existing computers, maintain an inventory of all computer hardware as well as other tasks as assigned. This position does require participation in on-call rotation.
