Amy
York, RPT -
Graduated
magna cum laude in 1989 from Eastern Washington University with
a B.S major in physical therapy. Amy has work experience in home
health, long term care, acute hospital and orthopedic outpatient
and has worked at QVMC for 12 years.
Amy’s
continuing education includes, but not limited to: Jones
Counterstrain, Muscle energy techniques, Mulligan concept
mobilizations, Barnes
myofascial release and some pilates training.

Roger
King, MPT -
Roger
graduated in 1997 from University of Puget Sound with a Masters
of PT degree. He has over 10 years experience treating
orthopedic outpatients and has excellent manual therapy skills.
Roger is relocating from Chehalis Washington where he has been
working for Providence Hospital. He is married with 2 young
daughters age 9 and 10.

Russ
Reavely, PTA -
Russ has been
working for QVMC for 6 years and has a AAS degree in PT
Assistant program from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton,
CO 1992 and a AHS Certificate program as a PT Assistant in 1988
at Fort Sam
Houston TX San Antonio Texas.
Russ’s continuing education courses include Manual therapy,
orthopedic, and Blankenship
Ergonomic
Assessment Training.

How
to access our services:
In the Quincy area patients can access physical therapy services with a prescription from their family doctor, surgeon, podiatrist, family nurse practitioner or chiropractor. Amy can also evaluate you and your area of complaint and suggest an appropriate physician.

Insurance: We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, many commercial insurances and many others. If you have questions about your insurance we can help.
Bilingual staff and interpreters are available for our Spanish-speaking patients.
Specialty referrals are available on-site. |
