All staff and er doc were excellent in diagnosing my heart problem and getting my heart rate tamped down from 140 to under 100. I spent 3 1/2 hours there. I appreciated that each question of mine was addressed in trying to understand what was going on. Hopefully with the cardiology referral I will hear sthg soon from Confluence. Uriel was especially helpful in getting me released and providing me copies of all my work there so I could pass it on to my regular care provider and have a copy for my own records. Greatly appreciated. He took his time to be thorough in covering all the questions he needed to check with me about before release. Also, in answering mine. Overall I’m very satisfied. Thanks to great team!

Excellent help in ER. They were busy, but got me directly to a room, vitals taken and ID bracelet right away. Doc ordered CT and rapid covid. Negative covid but a bit of a wait for CT. Very pleasant friendly Rad Dept. Thanks Amy and ummm other one. Pneumonia with partial collapsed lung confirmed by CT. Clinic doc diagnosed 2 days ago, but with no improvement wanted a second opinion. Was given IV antibiotics and very efficiently discharged. ER nurses very helpful and informative. Excellent people who took my blood more than once and got IV going. So very glad we have Quincy Valley Medical Center so close to take care of me!!! It's not like it used to be!! EXCELLENT docs and nurses and techs on site 24 hours a day!! Give it a try.

So far I havev all positive to say. Went to my primary almost 2 Months ago. Said I did not have an affection but I kept having pain was given a prescription to help but only a 5 day. Gad to get refill order again but was told I shouldn't have any more problems, woke up the other night with back pain, Bloating and some tenderness in the stomach, was told, I have an infection and put on antibiotics and medicine like I had before. The Nurses and Doctor was very nice. Took good care of me, the nurses even had my Granddaughter (6) help them teaching her how things worked. Can't wait for them to get their New Hospital, it reminded me of when I worked at the Odessa Nursing home/Hospital back in 1986. Thank you Nurses at Quincy Hospital.

The staff took excellent care of me when I stayed overnight for food poisoning. I was so grateful for the careful attention and empathy I received from everyone on the staff. I was especially appreciative of the nurse I had overnight who made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Thank you for making a scary experience manageable.

Everyone was amazing. Nice, polite, prompt. Constantly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. I believe it was the shortest time I've had to spend in the E.R. Everyone there was excellent as far as I was concerned. The doctor that dealt with me I wish she was my primary care physician, she knew I had a needle phobia and went to extremes to make it tolerable for me to get those shots and stitches. Best experiance I’ve ever had going to urgency care!!!

My wife and I are in our seventies. We moved to the Quincy area 3 years ago. We have had 2 occasions to utilize ER. We found our experience at this hospital to be absolutely a breath of fresh air, after living in a larger city with a corporate owned hospital facility. Doctor was knowledgeable and kind as were all the staff. Clean and professional!

After reading all the negative reviews of our Quincy Valley Hospital I feel compelled to leave a positive one in light of our upcoming bond issue. I had a severe heart attack in 2013 and I was thankful for our ER at QVH. They stabilized me and had the ambulance ready for my transfer to the cardiac department in Wenatchee. The staff at QVH helped save my life! I’m sure I’m not alone with my positive experience, but it seems people are compelled to complain rather than compliment! I had a great experience in my case. Our community will suffer greatly if we don’t support having good medical/ER facilities available. It is critical to any community!

I was injured by cat bites while visiting BC. Drove for about 6 hours and with No appointment they took care of me, as my insurance doesn't cover Emergency service there at the hospital, they took care of me in the office. They have had me coming to see them every couple of days to make sure my hand doesn't get worse and trying to get the swelling down. They are just wonderful.

It was just an annual exam but the receptionist had my papers ready to sign, the office was clean and pleasant and my health care provider was on time and spent more than expected time with me. Amber Dacy went the distance in treating blocked eustachian tubes causing hearing impairment. She was thorough with treatments I could do on my own as well as prescribed meds. I am traveling through the area and developed symptoms that n ended addressed but not in an emergency room setting. The clinic staff was able to give me a same day appointment. I was seen at the appointment time, had some lab work done on site, results discussed in terms I understand, and received appropriate treatment. It ended up as a no hassle and stress free situation.

I am traveling through the area on summer vacation when I developed symptoms of a medical issue bi felt needed addressed but didn't require an emergency room. The staff was able to give me a same day appointment. They completed my intake paperwork quickly and got me into an exam room at my appointment time. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Some lab work was completed, results discussed in terms I understood, and treatment plan taken care of in timely manner.

Well, let's start with the crew at the front check in counter...Couldn't ask for more friendly, pleasant, patient and professional people. The PT I am receiving is fantastic - when I remember to do the exercises at home! Very professional, with plenty of help understanding the exercise and what it is doing for me. Plus a cheat sheet to take home! You can't go wrong here - give 'em a call!
